As soon as you place your order, we will get to work on your bedding.

All of Flaneur House's bedding items, including the colour palettes featured in the Bedroom Edit collection, are dyed to order. Up to four "Status Update" emails will be sent to you, covering various stages of order preparation such as garment dyeing, pre-washing, quality check and ironing and folding. You will receive a signed and registered Flaneur House Work Log sheet in your shipment box if you order Bespoke Colour. You could take a peek at behind-the-scenes.

Usually, the procedure takes no more than two weeks. Since each colour requires a certain number of hours to complete, we cannot rush this process.

Please be aware that retail orders placed by email or online are typically subject to the following policies. To satisfy the demands of each project, trade accounts will be handled differently and largely on an individual basis.

Standard shipping

Flaneur House offers complimentary standard shipping. Couriers may include FedEx and DHL. The delivery normally happens within 5-7 days.

Express shipping

The weight of your order and the destination will determine the final cost. Delivery typically occurs in one to three days. Please email us so that we can provide you with options if you would like a special arrangement, such as a delivery by X date in a few weeks.

Safety of the delivery

When we delivering to a residential address, the signature release will be automatically added to your delivery service, at gratis, to ensure safety. If you miss the first delivery attempt, the courier will make two more attempts.

It is necessary to return the bedding unwashed, undamaged, and unslept.

Returning the items and accessories in their original packaging and condition is required.

After receiving the returned goods and verifying that the instructions were followed, the refund will be processed in two weeks.

We will faithfully attempt to deduct only a portion to reflect the diminished value if the guidelines are not followed.

If the colour is bespoke, or a monogram is created according to your specifications, you cannot return the order.

Because sateen has a sheen that highlights colour saturation and subtlety in a range of lighting conditions, Flaneur House uses it instead of percale. Our use of 100% Supima® cotton throughout our product lines also contributes to the sheen with a hint of gold.

In the meantime, the fabric is deliberately tightly woven to an extent that it has a slightly crisp hand feel, which is characteristic of percale.

浮浪樂 could be considered a phonetic resemblance of flâneur ( / fläˈnər/  ) in Chinese.

Perhaps more intriguingly, these three characters convey the same nuanced meaning to flâneur: an idler or a loafer who strolls around observing cultures and societies.

Even though each Chinese character can have several meanings depending on the context, we could attempt a quick translation as shown below for amusement.

浮 - to loaf around.

浪 - unrestrained.

樂 - joy.
